The 1st Club 25 Distributor Forum took place on 21st May 09 @ Hotel Intercontinental, Mumbai. It was an exciting event with participation from the elite Top 25 Distributors, IMC members along with Sales & Marketing team.

The theme of the event was Distributors contribution to Business. The event started with the introduction of the Club 25 Members.

Mr. Balaji Lenka, Director – Distribution & CCC urged the distributors to rise up to the occasion and start contributing to business then just being Box Movers. He emphasized on working capital, Manpower, Infrastructure & better cash management.

Srinivas Shanbhogue presented the update on Distributor Commercial Policy 2009.
The most exciting session of the event was How to Make the most of the Energy by Dr.Vijay Batra, An eminent Management Guru and Motivational speaker.

Dr.Batra switched ON the minds of all the participants with his mind blowing motivational talks.

Distributors & SEI Team brainstormed on the following topics and presented the key action to be carried out for the rest of the year.

• How to grow at challenging times
• How Distributor can drive growth

In the Post lunch session Our Managing Director Mr. Oliver Blum outlined the Priorities for SEI and the Channel Partners to manage the present economic slowdown. He also shared One Schneider Electric Program with our distributors. He emphasized that this is the best time to fix our Basics and put strong foundation to manage the future.

Business Unit Directors enlightened the Distributors on their contributions to Business.

Mr.Abid Makani Director – Power, presented a update on Power Business and highlighted the expectations from Club 25 Distributors.

Mr. Pradeep Karnik Director – Industrial Automation urged the distributors to move form Products to Products & Solutions.

Mr. Matt Johnson Director - ISC presented the update on NEW products & he also gave Video DEMO of NEW Lighting Control systems

Mrs. Shradda Pant Head – CCC, Presented a update on How CCC can make things simple for Distributor Community.

The event was concluded by Mr.Balaji Lenka by thanking every one for their active participation in the event and wishing luck for the rest of the year.
