How to compile SoMachine Errors due to use of 'VAR PERSISTENT' with 'AT Declaration'.

In order to compile SoMachine Errors due to use of 'VAR PERSISTENT' with 'AT Declaration',user should not use the
"AT Declaration" in combination with "VAR RETAIN" or "VAR PERSISTENT".
If user needs PERSISTENT variables,he/she can only use them unlocated OR if user wants to use Modbus and need
located RETAIN variables ,then he/she can use the first "1000" %MW which are automatically retained and persistent,if no
variable is associated to them (their values are kept after a reboot/Reset warm /Reset cold).
