Ask a Question

In Ecodial Advance Calculation, why the 'type of system earthing' is always "undefined" for the Feeder circuit?

In Ecodial Advance Calculation, value for this parameter ‘Type of system earthing’ will be propagated from top-to-down basis.

Yes, we can also see this parameter on the “LV switchboard”, as “Undefined”.

Example: Create a simple network with Source, LV switchboard, and protection-conductor. Verify the parameter ‘Type of system earthing’ at the feeder circuit protection-conductor. Its value is same as that defined at “Source circuit”.

(In the attached image, we can see the ‘type of system earthing’ at the HV/LV transformer is TNS and same propagated at feeder circuit, which is connected downstream of the network)
