Environment:
Q2C Product Selector

Cause:
Not sure what features you are getting while in product selector.

Resolution:

Masterpact NT or NW

A shunt trip is a necessary selection. In product selector for electrically operated Masterpact breakers.  The selector will give you separate selections for shunt trip, closing coil, and spring charge motor, and you may choose different control voltages for each.

Powerpact P frame

In product selector you only choose the option  "Spring Charge Motor".  This will automatically give you a shunt trip, closing coil and spring charge motor, all the same control voltage.  Everything is included in this option, so if you were to select a shunt trip, it would be a second shunt trip. You will also notice there is no option given for a closing coil.
