Altivar 71/61 drives display [Drv. thermal state] (tHd) in %. What is Drvive hermal state & its value.

The information drive thermal state comes from a sensor located on the heatsink. The drive thermal state has given by the parameter tHd.
If tHd=118% then the fault appears and at 90% the fault disappears.

Definition of drive thermal state means that 118% of drive thermal state represent maximum temperature on the heatsink that is 100°C. Although drive thermal state reflects heatsink temperature, its dependence is not linear, see following data:
(tHd means thermal state of drive).

tHd     =>    Temperature
118%  =>    100°C
90%   =>     80°C
50%   =>     40°C
10%   =>     0°C
