What is meant by message - command not valid unless login; while connected with 110CPU61203 on Proworx32

While you are connected to Micro PLC 110CPU612** and get the "Command not valid unless logged in" massege when trying to make an online change, the most common cause of this error is the Modbus cable. If you don't maintain a 5 Vdc signal on the DSR (Data Set Ready) pin, the PLC will log you off for Programming privilege. The Modbus programming cable should be ohmed out to verify that (DSR) is jumpered to (DTR). Refer to the below pin configuration. The second most common cause of this massage is when somebody tries to log on to the PLC via the Modbus port and somebody else logged on to the same PLC via Modbus Plus or Modbus TCP/IP and either are still logged on or shut off their PC without logging off.
