What is the purpose of the Reflex iC60's thermal protection.
When the Reflex iC60 integrated-control circuit breaker receives a number of control orders at too high a frequency, thermal protection is self-activated (Overheat) in order to limit potential overheating of the product and protect its service life.
If the time between two control orders is less than 20 seconds, the Reflex iC60 integrated-control circuit breaker may go into thermal self protection
for a period ranging between 5 and 25 seconds.
Remote control is then impossible and the status LED flashes rapidly in orange.
This safety device is deactivated automatically when the estimated temperature of the equipment has returned to a satisfactory level and control actions are then possible again and status LED then again flashes in green.
