What is the difference in LXM32M---S001 drives compared to LXM32M drives
LXM32M- - - - -S001 drive is a customized version of the LXM32M drive.
Differences of customized version compare to standard LXM32M drive are as below
The following functions are different.
Only the module SERCOS II (module identification S2) is supported in Slot 3.
CANopen, DeviceNet, EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, Modbus-TCP and Profibus parameters are not available.
When a limit switch is triggered, there is a transition to the operating state 7 Quick Stop Active, regardless of the setting in the parameter LIM_QStopReact.
The signal input function "Servo On" is available. 0 level: The power stage cannot be enabled. When the power stage is enabled, an error message is generated. 1-level: The power stage can be enabled. If the power stage is enabled and the level changes to 0, a "Quick Stop" is triggered and an error message is generated. The signal input function "Servo On" is the factory setting for DI4.
The following functions are limited
The factory setting of the function "Quick Stop" may not be changed; it must be set to the value "Deceleration Ramp (Fault)".
The factory setting of the function "Halt" may not be changed; it must be set to the value "Torque Ramp".
The factory setting for position scaling must not be changed; it must be set to the value of 131072 user-defined units per motor revolution.
