will there any voltage drop for 1000 m distance from ATV71 drive to motor terminal using the sinus filter.

The sinus filter is composed with inductance and capacitor. Voltage drop over a sinus filter is in relation with the Frequency, Current and Inductance. 
What we can say is that the Sinus filter has a voltage drop <10%.  This voltage will not compensate, the PWM switching voltage cannot compensate the drop. But the current should increase depending of the load. 
It is reason why it is better to have higher main voltage in order to compensate the drop.
