          Main characteristics

          This EnergyEdge process has 6 phases:

           

          1. Prospect & Qualify: Ideal customers include commercial office buildings, private scholls and hospitals, light industrial, hotel, life sciences and data centers. Once Schneider Electric reviewed 12 months of utulity bills and determined potential savings, the customer moves to the next step.

           

          2. Prelimary Energy Profile: Utility bill analysis, benchmarking and identification of potential Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) to align the customer's energy profile with business objectives.

           

          3. Comprehensive Analysis: Comprehensive facility audit with energy engineer to base line energy usage in the facility and validate the feasability of ECMs and savings.

           

          4. Realization planning: Working with the customer to develop a plan to realize their objectives on an ongoing basis, culminating in an agreement for an EnergyEdge program.

           

          5. Realization/Implementation: Realization of savings and other objectives through the implementation of the Energy Conservation Measures.

           

          6. Realization: Support Sustaining peak facility performance through O&M procedures and Extended Services
