Troubleshooting tips if Power Meter PM710 can not communicate on RS485 modbus network.

Refer below troubleshooting tips if power meter can not communicate from a remote personal computer or modbus client software.

Casue1: Power meter address is incorrect.
Solution : Check to see that the power meter is correctly addressed.

Casue2: Power meter baud rate (parity, stop bit) is incorrect.
Solution: Verify that the baud rate of the power meter matches the baud rate of all other devices on its communications link.

Cause3: Communications lines are improperly connected.
Solution: Verify the power meter communications connections.

Cause4: Communications lines are improperly terminated.
Solution: Check to see that a multipoint communications terminator is properly installed.
