Below is the example to calculate the actual losses of Passive filter in watts.
Passive filter VW3A4621 with motor 2.2KW and main supply 400V
Line current with passive filter given at catalogue is 5A
The power absorbed= Pa = U*I*1.73 = 400*5*1.73=3460W
Efficiency of passive filter = > 0.98 = (Pa - PLoss) / Pa
So PLoss of passive filter= 70W
