The 3 different control channels 1) Communication 2) HMI (Graphic Keypad) and 3) Terminal for controlling the Altivar 71 Drive can be achieved by way of drive parameter programming.
Example Programming:
CHCF = SIM
FR1 = Modbus
RFC = LIx (to switch from FR1 to FR2).
FR2 = Term (Terminal)
Fx key assignment = T/K (to switch between the actual channel to the HMI)
Note:
Only one channel can control the drive at any given point. Control can be switched between one control channel to other.
