We are running the Lexium 23D servo system in Velocity mode, we want to stop the servo system in Free wheeling stop after power off the device or disabling Servo On signal.

By Default Servo is design to stop on Quick stop at the event of disabling.

The function you are looking for can be achieve by setting the parameter P1 - 32 to 1. This parameter is used to select servo
motor stop mode when Servo Off or a fault. When we set this parameter to 1 it allow servo motor to coast to stop due its inertia.

Please take note that this parameter do not have any effect on the function of deceleration from any higher speed to lower speed.
This parameter only affect the servo system in case of Servo Off or Fault.
