How do I troubleshoot Power Monitoring Expert 7 software licensing problems

1.  Check the system log in Management Console. The system log will have detailed information about the Server license issues and will help you determine the next step. 
2.       Check the About Box for activated features.   The About Box will list the activated software modules. 
3.       Check the License Manager (trial license only ) and Floating License Manager for licenses
4.       Make sure the service “lmadminSchneider is running on the Enterprise License Server (Power Monitoring Expert Primary Server).  Try restarting it.
