Why does Power Monitoring Expert 7 software not recognizing licenses after changing system clock time.

On a system that is already licensed, changing the system clock time causes the licenses to be unrecognized by Power Monitoring Expert.  A “License Not Found” error may be shown when launching Vista/Designer or Management Console.
Workaround: Restart the service “lmadminSchneider” on the Primary Server.
